How to download your MP3s and get them into iTunes

Upon completing payment for your MP3s, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can also get to all your downloads from your account page by following the link "Files." You will need to be logged in to retrieve your download. If you have trouble logging in, try resetting your password first. If troubles continue, contact us.

The general process is the  same as if you were downloading anything that you want to save.  Upon  starting the download, you need to choose to save them somewhere  (Desktop, for example). You should see a screen like this:

The download is a "zip" folder of MP3s. Once unzipped they can be  added to iTunes. To 'unzip' or 'extract' your download , go to where you saved it and open the zip archive. You should see a dialog window like this:
 

 
First choose "Browse" and specify where you would like the MP3s extracted to (Desktop, for example). Then follow the prompts to complete the extraction. Your MP3s will be where you chose to extract them.
 
To get them into iTunes, open iTunes and, from the File menu, choose "Add Folder to Library." Browse to where you extracted your MP3s and choose the folder that contains them. Follow the prompts to complete the import.
 

MAC HELP 

 

In the current Mac OSX, your download will save to your Downloads folder and may even extract itself automatically.

If it extracts automatically, you will find a folder containing your purchased MP3s in your Downloads folder.

If it did not extract automatically, you will find an Archive in your Downloads folder, double click it and a folder containing your purchased MP3s will be created in your Downloads folder.

From there, you load the files into iTunes as you normally would.
