During our sectional finals, one of my divers was not diving to his potential even though we put the dives he was most comfortable with in the beginning of the competition. He usually handles stress well and let's go of his bad dives. Not today. After 5 dives there was a break and I shared with him the "donkey" story, to "shake it off & step up!"
