It can be REALLY frustrating to work hard in practice only to have your fears steal dives from your lists and even more upsetting to not be able to stick your dives under BIG pressure! You KNOW you’re a better diver than that!

Your 14 Steps and Diving MP3s have some of my favorite “teaching tales” (especially the donkey story!) and my divers really love them! During our sectional finals, one of my divers was not diving to his potential even though we put the dives he was most comfortable with in the beginning of the competition. He usually handles stress well and let’s go of his bad dives. Not today.
