Help with Downloads

Windows

Upon completing payment for your digital downloads, you will be taken to a download page, and you will also receive an email with links to your downloads. You will be able to download each item three times over the next two weeks. If you navigate away from the confirmation page on the website, links to the files will still be available in your confirmation email.

The general process is the same as if you were downloading anything that you want to save. Upon starting the download, you need to choose to save them somewhere (Desktop or My Downloads, for example).

Audio files will download as MP3files in a “zip” folder. Once the download is complete, open the zip folder and select “Extract” to make the files usable.

Your MP3s will be saved in the location where you choose to extract them.

To get them into iTunes, open iTunes and, from the File menu, choose “Add Folder to Library.” Browse to where you extracted your MP3s and choose the folder that contains them. Follow the prompts to complete the import.

Mac

In the current Mac OS, your downloads will save to your Downloads folder and may even extract itself automatically.

If it extracts automatically, you will find a folder containing your purchased MP3s in your Downloads folder.

If it does not extract automatically, you will find an Archive in your Downloads folder – double click it and a folder containing your purchased MP3s will be created in your Downloads folder.

From there, you load the files into iTunes as you normally would.
